Rates
Our rates are $100 per night per room plus a 7% Maine lodging tax.   We accept personal checks, traveler's checks and cash.   At present we are not equipped to accept credit card payments. Gift certificates are available.

Reservations
Reservations are required and will be guaranteed with an advance deposit of one night’s rate received by us within 10 days of your phone call or email.

Regrets
We regret that we cannot extend an invitation to small children or pets.   Also, MountainsView is not wheelchair accessible and smoking is not permitted inside.

Cancellations
Cancellations require a 10-day's notice for a refund of the deposit,
less a $25 fee.

Check In
We ask that you check in between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.    If you anticipate a later arrival please call.   We request that you check out before 11:00 AM.
