MountainsView Bed & Breakfast (see red pin) is located at the crossroad of east/west highway US 2 and north/south highway US 201. It is an ideal "home base" for day trips in central Maine and is only about two hours from Bar Harbor (ferry to Nova Scotia), Freeport (LL Bean), and New Hampshire (White Mountains). We are also midway between the cosmopolitan cities of Boston and Quebec City, Canada.

From the South, take I95 to Exit 133 (formerly Exit 36) and then follow US 201 north 15 miles to Skowhegan. From the East or West, follow US 2 and from the North follow US 201 south. In downtown Skowhegan, proceed easterly on Water Street (US 2) to the Exxon station at the junction of US 2 and Route 150.

From the Exxon station in downtown Skowhegan, follow Route 150 north for 2.8 miles. Turn right onto Hilton Hill Road and go 1.1 miles to MountainsView Bed & Breakfast, a tan house with ivory shutters on the left hand side of the road with two black mailboxes.
